We have never had a serious injury of an animal in our care and whilst being transported. This is due to our selective use of routes and departures to minimise risk.

Full Disclosure: over the 30+ years some hyperactive dogs have hurt their paws when they had not been crate trained prior to flight and were clawing the crate in an effort to get out. This is the main reason why we strongly advise for hyperactive or separation-anxious dogs to be sufficiently crate trained prior to flight, so that they will be safe.
